Unlink an account from your profile

Follow the directions to unlink your old water and refuse account on payitSt.Louis: 

 

1. Sign in to payitSt.Louis and click on the WaterBot dashboard. 

 

2. Click Remove Account.

3. Select the account you would like removed, and click Submit.

4. Confirm you want to remove the account by selecting Yes, remove this account.

5. Select Ok, thanks.

 

Note: Unlinking the account does not close it entirely. If you need to close your water account, please also contact the St. Louis Water & Refuse Department 314.771.2255.
