Pay a bill

After locating your water and refuse account (see Locating a water and refuse account), follow these steps to make a bill payment on payitSt.Louis:

1. Select the bill you'd like to pay from the "Available Bills" section of the WaterBot dashboard, then click Pay Bill.

2. Enter the amount you would like to pay and click Submit.

Note:

• The full bill amount will be the default payment amount.
• The minimum partial payment amount is $1.00.

3. Select a payment method and click Submit.

Note: If you have a payment method already stored on your profile, it will appear here. Click on the payment method to select a different one, or to add a new one.

4. Review the payment summary and then click on the Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment. 

After completing the payment, you will receive an emailed receipt, and if signed in, a receipt will be stored in the "Receipt" section of your profile (see Where is my receipt?).
