Locating a water and refuse account
To locate your water and refuse account on payitSt.Louis, you can search in the conversation with your account number and house number.
Note: If you want to link the account to your profile, you will need to sign in to your payitSt.Louis profile before proceeding (see How do I create a payitSt.Louis account?).
1. After signing in or creating an account, click the Water and Refuse dashboard and select Link Account.
Note: If you have no water accounts linked, the WaterBot will appear as a blue button under the "Other Services" section.
2. Enter your account number and house number and click Submit.
Note: When entering the account number, please be sure to include the dash.
3. Verify that the account details are correct by clicking Yes, that's mine.
After linking an account to your payitSt.Louis profile, new bills will appear on the dashboard after signing in. In addition, you will be able to set up eBilling and AutoPay, if desired.
