Changing the payment method for AutoPay
Follow the directions below to change the payment method for your Water and Refuse automatic payments:
1. First, sign in to payitSt.Louis using the profile that initially set up AutoPay and click on the a Water and Refuse dashboard.
2. If you have multiple accounts enrolled in AutoPay, select the desired account and click Submit. Then when prompted about what you would like to change, select My Payment Method.
3. The current payment method will be displayed with a blue arrow to the right. Click on the payment method and then select or add the new payment method you want to use.
4. Once you have selected a payment method, click the Submit button, then click Super, thanks.
