Cancel my AutoPay

Follow the steps below to cancel automatic payments on your water bill on payitSt.Louis:

1. Sign in to payitSt.Louis with the email address that was used to set up AutoPay.

2. Click on Water and Refuse and then select Manage AutoPay.

3. Select your water account and click Submit.

Note: If you have only one account linked, the platform will automatically proceed to Step 4.

4. Select Cancel Autopay for this account and then confirm cancelation.

After AutoPay has been canceled, you'll need to remember to complete manual payments for your water bill.
