Find your St. Louis Personal Property Account Number

With payitSt.Louis, residents can easily pay their personal property taxes online from the comfort of their own homes, on a simple and straightforward platform. 

The only information you will need to find and pay your tax bill with payitSt.Louis is a personal property tax account number. Given this, if you don’t know your personal property account number, or have outdated information, you will reach an impasse early on in the process. 

But don’t fret! Follow the directions below to find your account number.

Find Personal Property Account Number Online

The St. Louis Collector of Revenue provides a website where you can search for and find a personal property tax bill with criteria other than the property account number. 

You can access that website here. Search for your bill by entering either your name or address in the bottom left portion of the webpage and click Find. Your search information, particularly for names, does not need to be complete. For example, a search for the last name “Pay” will also retrieve an account with the last name “PayIt.”

To view more information for a certain search result, simply click on its row. Once you locate your record, make note of the personal property account number and proceed to payitSt.Louis or download the payitSt.Louis mobile application to make your payment online. 

How to Pay Your St. Louis Personal Property Taxes online

To get started, visit payitSt.Louis and click on the Continue to Payit Login button.

Create an account using your email address, or sign in your Apple, Google, or Facebook accounts. You can opt to Continue as Guest, but without an account you will need to relocate and re-enter your payment information next year. After you sign in, click on the blue Personal Property Tax button and enter your personal property tax account number.

Once the system finds your personal property tax account, click the Yes, that’s mine! button. From there, follow the prompts to complete payment or add additional properties to your transaction.

You can complete your payment on payitSt.Louis using either a credit or debit card or with a bank account. Simply click Add Credit/Debit Card or Link Bank Account, fill out the necessary information, and click on the blue button at the bottom of the page to add this payment method, and click the blue Submit button to proceed. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a personal property tax receipt will be mailed to you from the St. Louis Collector of Revenue.
