Remove a City of St. Louis Utility Account on payitSt.Louis

Follow the steps below to remove a utility account from your payitSt.Louis  profile:

Note: Removing a utility account from payitSt.Louis will not impact the ownership status or any balance due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in. 

1. Log in (see Create a Profile on payitSt.Louis) and select Water and Refuse from the "Services" drop down menu 

2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Accounts" and select the account you wish to remove

3. Under "Account Actions" click Remove Account

4. Click Accept to confirm
