How do I stop receiving emails for an old address or account?

If you've moved to a new address, you can unlink your old account by opening up the TrashBot or WaterBot dashboard on payitSt.Louis and selecting Remove Account.

When prompted, select your old address and click Submit.

Confirm you want to remove the account by selecting Yes, remove this account.

Select Ok thanks and your former account has been unlinked. You will no longer receive email notifications regarding that address.

Note: Removing the account from payitSt.Louis will not stop service or affect any changes in ownership or currently owed bills.
