To change the payment method used for your water and refuse bill AutoPay, sign in with the email that was used to set up AutoPay, click on the Water and Refuse dashboard:
- Select "Manage AutoPay."
- Select your account, click "Submit," and choose "My Payment Method."
- A payment method will be displayed with a blue arrow to the right. Click on the blue arrow and choose the payment method you want to be linked to your AutoPay.
- Once you have selected a payment method, click the blue "Submit" button, and save by clicking "Super, thanks."
Any previously scheduled payments will need to be reset.
Simply changing your payment information in your profile will also require AutoPay to be reset in order for automatic payments to process.
