Follow the steps below to cancel automatic payments on your water bill:
- Sign in with the email address that was used to set up AutoPay.
- Click on the Water and Refuse dashboard.
- Select "Manage AutoPay."
- Select your water account and click "Submit."
- Click "Cancel AutoPay for this account," and confirm cancelation.
After AutoPay has been canceled, you'll need to remember to complete manual payments for your water bill.
